What do I need to Connect My Number to Quinta with WhatsApp Coexistence
Coexistence Mode is a powerful feature that allows you to link your phone number to the Quinta platform (via API) while keeping the WhatsApp Business App active on your smartphone. This ensures you can use professional automation and AI features without losing the ability to reply manually on the go. To ensure a successful integration, please verify that you meet the following requirements before starting the setup:
1. Use the WhatsApp Business App
Your phone number must be active on the WhatsApp Business App (Android or iOS).

App Version: Ensure your WhatsApp Business app is updated to the latest version (at least v2.24.17 or higher).
2. Device Access During Integration
You must have the physical phone device that holds the WhatsApp Business account with you during the connection process.

The integration requires a 6-digit verification code sent via SMS or voice call to that specific number.

You may also be prompted to scan a QR code or confirm a push notification on the device to authorize the "Cloud API" connection.
3. Meta Business Suite Admin Access
You need Full Control (Admin access) of the Meta Business Suite (formerly Facebook Business Manager) associated with your business.

4. Maintenance Requirements
To keep the connection alive after setup:

The 14-Day Rule: You must open the WhatsApp Business app on your phone at least once every 14 days. If the app remains inactive longer than this, Meta may automatically disconnect the API link to Quinta.

Stable Connection: During the initial sync (which can take a few hours to mirror your history), keep your phone connected to stable Wi-Fi.
Pro Tip: Once connected, your messages will sync between your phone and the Quinta dashboard. However, remember that certain features like WhatsApp Voice/Video Calls and Group Chats will still only function within the mobile app and will not appear in the Quinta interface
